All of us at some point in our lives have been chided for not washing our hands before eating. If anything that’s the one thing that we’ve all been grilled about until it became a habit. Anyway, now with this dreaded pandemic on, thank goodness am I right?
Washing your hands is the first step towards infection prevention, we all know that too well by now. Soaps are one of the most efficient ways of removing pathogens from our hands, not just Covid-19 but a range of dangerous things that can be harmful for our health.
Everything begins with a clear space, as they say, a decluttered space is a decluttered mind. Do away with things that ‘don’t spark joy anymore’ (any Marie Kondo enthusiasts in the crowd?). Be methodical and go room by room, say one room a day.
Over the course of the past year, it’s safe to say, our relationship with our homes has changed profoundly (albeit not by choice). Your house became your everything - your office, your little one’s school, your gym, your restaurant, your studio - you name it. But of course, your pets were the real winners in all of this.
