Can't be replaced with regular detergent to clean tough stains.
I had placed a prepaid order on Feb 2, 2026(Order 407967481). Till date I have neither received the product nor any intimation about it- there is absolutely no tracking. The helpline number is another fraud, it either goes busy or no one bothers to pick it up. I tried whatsapp chat, but there's no response. I had earlier places orders via CRED and received products in past, that gave me the confidence to place order directly on company website - but this gamble has turned out BAD. This is CHEATING and FRAUD to customers, especially the ones who have already paid in advance.
We came to know about Koparo through Shark Tank and decided to try their products once. The results were impressive, and we have now shifted to using all Koparo products.
