I love koparo products.I have ordered 3 times through instagram. On my second order there was a delivery issue. I complained and it was solved immediately. But last month I ordered on black friday sale. Only one product was received. Nearly 1000 rupees worth products was not delivered. I complained through customer care and even mailed them. But no proper response. Eventhough I like their products I am afraid to order again from them. I am hoping after seeing this review something happens.

But the lid of 3 ltrs pack is extremely hard to open. Atleast the manufacturer should manually try to open the lid to experience how difficult and challenging it is to open the lid.
