Products
You can find ingredients for each of our cleaners on the product label. By law we do not need to give information about ingredients of cleaning products but we prefer to be transparent with our customers. All our products are formulated without adding ammonia, chlorine, phosphates, parabens, silicon, EDTA, triclosan and artificial colours.
Yes they are. We have developed our products without volatile organic compounds (VOCs) so that they are safe for you, pregnant/nursing women, children, and animals.
We use the power of plant-based anti-bacterial agents. These provide results and are completely safe unlike the traditional disinfecting agents such as chlorine, bleach, quaternary ammonium compounds or triclosan that can cause harm when ingested. We have not tested for 99.9% germ kill in any external laboratory. We believe the chemicals required for such germ kill can cause toxicity build up in homes that should be avoided.
Yes - we love our pet friends and would never harm them. We have tested our products extensively to measure their efficacy and safety in labs.We are PETA certified Cruelty-Free.
Yes - we use natural ingredients derived entirely from plants in our formulations.Our products are PETA certified Vegan.
Yes. Each of our products were developed to be optimally balanced in pH levels depending on the surface.
Our products have been developed using natural or naturally derived ingredients. We avoid synthetic dyes and use only mild hypoallergenic fragrances.
Packaging
Yes 100% recyclable. In fact 30% of the PET bottles we use are made from previously recycled plastic.
Order
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order is picked up by our courier partner, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email may come to you 1-2 days after you place your order. It will contain an AWB (Air Waybill) number and a tracking link. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. If you’re unable to track your order or feel the tracking information is incorrect, please email us at help@koparoclean.com and we’ll be happy to help. If your AWB (Air Waybill) number shows no tracking information, it’s usually because the courier hasn’t scanned or updated it in their system yet. This can happen if: The parcel was just dispatched and hasn’t been picked up or scanned yet. Or there’s a delay in the courier’s system updating tracking info or the AWB number was entered incorrectly. Note, tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
We don't entertain any cancellation or refund requests once the order has been shipped.
All orders are dispatched from our Delhi warehouse, with one business day required for processing before dispatch. As many of our products are bulky liquid items, we use surface transport to ensure safe and compliant shipping—this means it may take a little longer for your order to reach you. Delivery times vary by region: Northern India (e.g., Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana): 3–5 working days Western India (e.g., Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat): 4–6 working days Central India (e.g., Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh): 4–7 working days Southern India (e.g., Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala): 5–10 working days Eastern India (e.g., Kolkata): 4–7 working days North-East India: 6–12 working days, depending on accessibility Please note: Dispatches do not occur on Sundays, and delivery timelines may be extended during high-volume periods or due to regional logistics constraints. We don't accept exchange, returns/return to origin on our products due to hygiene reasons.
Once your refund is approved, it typically takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method. Some banks or payment gateways may take a little longer depending on their processing times. If it’s been more than 7 working days since you received a refund confirmation from us and you still haven’t received the amount, please email us at help@koparoclean.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
We’re sorry if you haven’t received a response yet — we understand how frustrating that can be. While we monitor calls and social media, the fastest and most reliable way to get help is by emailing us at help@koparoclean.com. Our customer support agents reply to emails between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please allow up to 1 business day for a response. Even if we’re unable to respond immediately, rest assured your email creates a ticket in our system, and every query is tracked and addressed. Thank you for your patience — we’ll do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
While rare, issues like no tracking updates, "order damaged", or "order lost" can occasionally occur during transit. If you notice any unusual tracking status or if your parcel hasn't moved for several days, please raise it with us immediately by emailing help@koparoclean.com. We will take it up with the courier on your behalf and ensure a replacement parcel is sent to you, even if there’s a delay. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make sure your order reaches you.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. We’re happy to replace the damaged or incorrect item or offer a refund for that unit, depending on the situation. Please note, however, that we currently do not offer returns, and return pickups are not possible. You won’t need to send the product back — just email us at help@koparoclean.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
