The texture of the conditioner is really bad. They sent a ‘June 2024’ manufactured product (1.5 years old) and the conditioner was absolutely lumpy and semi solid in texture. It was not flowy enough to even enter the conditioner compartment in the washing machine.
This was my second purchase, The first one seemed fine so I had gone for a repeat purchase.
The customer care is not even bothered to take heed of this issue. After talking to different bots on whatsapp, I gave up and didn’t think it was worth my time to waste on a pathetic customer care. I sent photos and videos of the product, no use.
I usually like to support startups but not if the product and service both are really bad.
I am going to throw away the conditioner now and consider it a donation to Koparo.
Don’t force your old stock on the customers, as natural products tend to change textures and become unusable.
Do NOT play the ‘natural’ game if you can’t manage it.
Do NOT penalize a customer for opting natural products instead of chemical based.
