Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1 business day before dispatch.

• Orders are shipped from our Delhi warehouse.

• Since many of our products are bulky liquid items, we use surface transport to ensure safe and compliant shipping. This means deliveries may take slightly longer compared to lighter parcels.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary by region:

• Northern India (e.g., Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana): 3–5 working days

• Western India (e.g., Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat): 4–6 working days

• Central India (e.g., Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh): 4–7 working days

• Southern India (e.g., Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala): 5–10 working days

• Eastern India (e.g., Kolkata): 4–7 working days

• North-East India: 6–12 working days, depending on accessibility

Important Notes

• No dispatches on Sundays.

• Delivery timelines may extend during high-volume periods, public holidays, or due to regional logistics constraints.

• Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments if certain products require separate dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. This is a communication that you will get after the order confirmation email.
