Misleading chemically loaded product

received the items and upon checking the ingredients in the hand wash I see toxic ingredients which we don’t use at all including and same have not been mentioned on the website description and ingredients list . On the contrary you claim there that product is safe for kids as its 100% plant based ingredients with names mentioned as ‘coconut and tea tree like natural ingredients’ . Very very misleading advertising and claims .
I cannot use this product and I also see this is cheating and misleading sales .

When I raised the complain and asked for Retrun I am told by Simran that they are honest about the ingredients and is listed and hence not return . One can themselves see how they skip the complete ingredients list on website product description . Cheaters of higest order .

Products are not delivered even after 10 days

HI Team,

I got the following ticket from Koparo team:
Ticket Created - 8020

However so far the items were not delivered by Xpressbees.
I also raised tickets with the Xpressbees team for the last 4 to 5 days.
But still I did not got received the delivery.
XPress team says they could not be fulfilled due to an entry was not permitted.
However i did not got any call from delivery person Muniyan and also there is no entry in to my society mygate.
Also the phone number of delivery boy Muniyan [****] does not allow incoming calls.
I had tried multiple times and also informed to XPressteam support team.
Surprisingly , I did not get any call or support from the Koparo team.
