Delivery delay

Dish wash liquid Ordered on 23rd November. Picked by courier only on 27th November. As per the mail received from sender, the expected delivery date is 2nd December. In tracking page it is expected to deliver only on 3rd December. It's annoying to wait for 10 days to receive the product.

Extremely Disappointed

SLES ( sodium laureth sulphate) mentioned as skin irritant and carcinogenic in koporao web site under the harmful ingredients found in other brands dish and laundry wash , is also present in the koparo laundry wash
Ingredient mentioned in the ingredient list in their website.its says it's derived from natural sources.but SLES even wen derived from natural sources like coconut still undergoes a process called ethoxylation.ethoxylation produces a chemical called “1,4-dioxane” as a byproduct. 1,4-dioxane is a known cancer causing agent.when I sent a mail to koparo customer care 1 month back asking g clarification they didn't even bother giving a reply past 1 month.great customer care service.regret being their customer past few years .

Also SLS is present in their dishwash and hand wash liquid.
